Primicias24.com (Press Release) - The President of the Chamber of Real Estate de Venezuela (CIV), Aquiles Pietri Martini, announced the completion of the Forum on Real Estate: Environment and Prospects 2011 ", on Thursday February 10 in Room Eurobuilding Costa Esmeralda Hotel Caracas in time from 8.30 AM to 1.30 PM. On this occasion the experts evaluated the variables that affect the promotion, production and marketing of housing from the standpoint of social, economic, legal and new political scenarios. The event will culminate with the exhibition "Vision of Venezuela of 2011" by the politician, economist and journalist, Teodoro Petkoff.

The Forum organized by the VSD, along with the Chamber of Real Estate Metropolitan (CIM), is expected to bring together professionals and industry; users of real estate products and services, representatives of public and private consultants and specialists linked to the real estate market, and the general public, to discuss among all your current environment and outlook for 2011.
CIM President, Francisco Grullon, will open the event. The program includes, among others, exposure of the political scientist and lecturer at the USB, Angel Oropeza, on new political scenario. Dr. Irma Lovera de Sola, Legal Consultant Real Estate Chamber of Venezuela, will refer to the Legal Reform and its Impact on Housing, while Claudia Garcia Tramontin planners, Real Estate Manager Sartenejas Technology Park, and Martín Fernández, TIR Associate Realtors, addressed the housing market data and projections for 2011.
